Prenatal Yoga 5-week term starts the 13th of August at 8:45 + 10:15 AM

Prenatal Yoga is taught in 5 week series, you will explore breath, movement and relaxation, this will help ease pregnancy aches and pains as well as provide valuable tools which you can draw upon going forwards.

Classes are taught by an accredited and experienced prenatal yoga teacher.

Roll and release workshop – Saturday the 17th of September 10:30-11:30 AM

Learn how to release tight muscles with myofascial release rolling with techniques, this includes a set of cork massage rollers for you to take home for a price of $39. Learn how to roll out the tension in your muscles with easy techniques you can do at home, covering tight areas like the neck, back, hips, calves and feet.

This workshop is for anyone battling with tight muscles, no experience required. Mats and props are provided.
