Flow class typically begins with a warm-up to gently stretch and prepare your body for the more intense movements to come. This may involve simple yoga poses such as downward-facing dog, cat-cow, and sun salutations, and may also include some breathing exercises to help you focus and connect with your breath.

Some of the benefits of Yin yoga include increased flexibility, improved joint mobility, reduced stress and anxiety, and better circulation. Yin yoga is a gentle, relaxing, and deeply therapeutic practice that can help to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Hatha yoga typically involves a series of poses that are held for several breaths each. The practice emphasises the alignment of the body and the cultivation of mindfulness and awareness.

In addition to its physical and mental health benefits, a Hatha yoga class may also incorporate spiritual aspects. Students find that the practice can help them to connect with their inner selves, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm.

In Slow Flow yoga classes, the pace is slow and deliberate, allowing for a deeper focus on breathing and mindfulness. This style of yoga is suitable for all levels, as poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing for more exploration and alignment.

Slow Flow yoga provides a myriad of benefits for both the body and mind, including stress relief, increased flexibility, improved balance and coordination, and greater mental clarity and focus. By slowing down the pace of movement and focusing on breath and alignment, Slow Flow yoga can also help to reduce the risk of injury and improve overall physical and mental well-being.
